About the role
The Head Waiter will lead the dining room team at Amphoras Hotels in Sharm El‑Sheikh, ensuring every guest receives a memorable dining experience. This full‑time, on‑site position involves overseeing service flow, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and coordinating closely with kitchen staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule restaurant staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Manage daily food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen personnel to synchronize service and resolve any operational issues.
- Assist in training new team members and developing service procedures.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and dining standards.
- Basic cooking knowledge to facilitate effective interaction with kitchen staff.
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage a team and ensure seamless service.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or fine‑dining environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
