About the role
This full-time, on-site position is based in Ismailia and focuses on developing and managing health initiatives for both the workplace and the surrounding community. The Health Officer will ensure a safe environment, monitor health risks, and promote awareness through education and clear communication.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement and evaluate occupational and community health programs.
- Promote workplace and construction safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct health assessments, identify risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on health and safety practices.
- Maintain records and report on health-related metrics to management.
Required profile
- Degree or certifications in Public Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of occupational health, community health, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for training and education.
- Ability to work effectively within an on-site team and adapt to dynamic challenges.
