Health, Safety & Environment Trainer (HSE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for corporate clients. The role combines curriculum development, classroom and online facilitation, and support for business development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual HSE training sessions for a range of audiences.
• Design and customize course content to meet specific client requirements.
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend appropriate programs.
• Facilitate workshops on topics such as workplace safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, fire safety, and environmental management.
• Ensure all training aligns with international standards and best practices.
• Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Assist in proposal preparation and client meetings to support business growth.
• Stay current with the latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering HSE training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, Highfield, etc.
• Proven ability to engage diverse audiences from blue‑collar workers to senior management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Preferred experience with training or consulting firms and exposure to multiple industries (construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.).
