Health Services Coordinator – Aswan

About the role

The Health Services Coordinator will lead the delivery of mobile clinics to underserved populations in Aswan, ensuring refugees, unregistered migrants and vulnerable communities have timely access to primary health care. The role involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Egyptian Health Authority and partner NGOs to assess needs, build capacity and implement health interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage mobile clinic operations in targeted areas, maintaining high‑quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with MoH, EHA and NGOs to support primary care services and transition clinics to local partners.
• Assess infrastructure, supplies and capacity‑building needs of PHCs and hospitals.
• Develop and implement SOPs for cash‑for‑health interventions and medical case referrals.
• Plan and monitor cash reimbursement programmes for medical cases, ensuring quality and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate records, enter monthly utilisation data, and produce analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support partner NGOs to deliver activities as planned and on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating mobile health services or primary health‑care programmes.
• Strong knowledge of health‑system stakeholders in Egypt, including ministries and NGOs.
• Ability to assess facility needs, develop SOPs and manage cash‑for‑health programmes.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
