Health Services Coordinator – Aswan

About the role

The Health Services Coordinator will lead the delivery of mobile clinics to underserved populations in Aswan, ensuring refugees, unregistered and vulnerable migrants have timely access to primary health care. The role involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Egyptian Health Authority and partner NGOs to assess needs, build capacity and implement health interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage mobile clinics in targeted areas, guaranteeing high‑quality health services.
• Collaborate with MoH, EHA and NGOs to support primary care operations and transition clinics to local partners.
• Assess infrastructure, supplies and capacity‑building needs of PHCs and hospitals.
• Develop SOPs for cash‑for‑health interventions and internal procedures for medical case management and referrals.
• Plan and implement cash‑for‑medical‑case reimbursement programmes, monitoring service quality and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate records of mobile clinics, needs assessments and capacity‑building activities.
• Prepare regular analytical reports, case studies and data entries for the project database.
• Ensure partner NGOs deliver activities on schedule and to high standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating mobile health services or primary health care programmes.
• Strong ability to work with government health authorities, NGOs and local partners.
• Experience in assessing health infrastructure and developing capacity‑building plans.
• Knowledge of cash‑for‑health mechanisms and SOP development.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
