Health Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Asyut, Egypt. The Health Specialist will promote healthy practices across the organization, conduct occupational health assessments, and ensure compliance with local health standards while delivering excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote health and wellness initiatives within the company.
• Conduct occupational health assessments and medical examinations.
• Provide health‑related advice and address employee health concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian health regulations and internal standards.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to support workplace wellness programs.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Expertise in occupational health and health promotion.
• Knowledge or experience in medicine for health assessments.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Degree or relevant qualification in public health, occupational health, medicine, or a related field; familiarity with local health regulations is a plus.
