About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Alexandria, Egypt, focuses on delivering direct medical care to individuals while safeguarding patient safety and well‑being. The Healthcare Specialist works closely with medical teams to provide timely treatments and promote health‑wise practices.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to emergency medical situations and administer appropriate treatments.
• Develop and conduct health‑ and wellness‑focused training sessions for staff and community members.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Provide guidance on health, wellness, and preventive care practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an EMT or in a medical care role.
• Strong communication abilities for interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated capability to design and deliver health‑related training.
• Solid understanding of healthcare practices, regulations, and policies.
• Adaptability to on‑site work and commitment to full‑time responsibilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Relevant medical or healthcare certifications.
