High Volume Recruiter

About the role

The High Volume Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for large‑scale hiring across multiple departments and locations. You will ensure a smooth candidate experience while meeting aggressive staffing timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for mass‑hiring positions across various functions.
• Design and execute recruitment campaigns to meet staffing targets.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, career fairs and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and extend job offers, handling employment terms communication.
• Oversee pre‑employment steps including background checks and documentation.
• Ensure recruitment records are complete, compliant and updated in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness and offer acceptance rates.
• Build relationships with universities, vocational schools and external talent partners.
• Participate in recruitment events, open days, walk‑in interviews and job fairs.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to guarantee smooth onboarding.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring or high‑volume sectors such as hospitality, retail or food & beverage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Egyptian labor law is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
