Home Recovery Coordinator – US Market

About the role

COB Solution is seeking a Home Recovery Coordinator to support patients in the United States market while working on‑site in El Maadi El Gadida. The role focuses on guiding patients through the post‑treatment recovery process at home, acting as the primary liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate individualized home recovery plans and monitor patient progress.
• Conduct regular follow‑up calls and visits to assess recovery status.
• Document case information accurately in electronic systems and maintain confidentiality.
• Escalate clinical concerns to medical staff promptly.
• Provide basic recovery education and resources to patients and caregivers.
• Support patients’ mental and emotional well‑being within established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve workflow and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience or training in case management or patient coordination.
• Awareness of mental health considerations and ability to respond appropriately.
