About the role

The Homeroom Teacher will work on‑site in New Cairo, delivering daily instruction and fostering a supportive classroom environment. This full‑time position involves regular communication with families and active participation in school life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional‑development sessions, and school events.
• Mentor and support students, addressing diverse learning needs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive, safe learning atmosphere.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification or license preferred.
• Prior experience as a homeroom or classroom teacher, ideally in an international or modern school.
• Strong foundation in pedagogical methods and classroom management.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and alignment with school values.
