Hospitality Interior Designer

About the role

The Hospitality Interior Designer will blend creativity with technical expertise to craft functional, aesthetically appealing, and brand‑aligned interior concepts for hotel environments. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the designer will translate client briefs and brand guidelines into high‑quality design solutions that enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mood boards, material boards, color schemes, and furniture selections.
• Interpret client briefs, brand guidelines, and mood boards into practical design solutions.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections for production.
• Develop shop drawings and prototypes to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Conduct site visits and factory inspections when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in hospitality interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing custom furniture and hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino.
• Knowledge of FF&E standards and specifications.
