About the role
The Hotel Relations & Business Development Executive will drive growth by creating and nurturing B2B partnerships across the travel and tourism ecosystem. This role focuses on expanding the company’s portfolio of hotel, agency, and corporate clients while ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate accounts, hotels, destination management companies, and other partners.
- Promote the company’s tourism products, travel services, and destination experiences to existing and prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long‑term commercial partnerships.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring to spot growth opportunities and trends.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, sales presentations, networking events, workshops, and trade exhibitions.
- Support contracting processes and participate in commercial negotiations with partners and suppliers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to increase business volume and retention.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development KPIs.
- Collaborate with operations, reservations, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, market intelligence reports, and business forecasts.
- Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador.
- Assist management in developing strategic business development plans to expand market share.
- Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities across the company portfolio.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Tourism Industry Partnerships.
- Previous experience as a Hotel Concierge or Front Office Executive (mandatory).
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken); additional European languages are a strong advantage.
- Valid Egyptian driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM systems.
