About the role
Join the housekeeping team at Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury resort on the Red Sea. As a Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and ready for an exceptional stay.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Handle room keys, sign in/out, and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collect used plates, glasses, and utensils from rooms and place them in designated areas.
- Maintain lobby and corridor cleanliness, vacuuming stairs and corridors twice daily.
- Complete room status, textile, and amenities reports accurately.
- Report lost‑and‑found items, safety incidents, and any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Office.
- Participate in vocational training and adhere to hotel security and emergency response procedures.
Required profile
- Clean, friendly, and hygienic appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Willingness to follow security rules and attend mandatory trainings.
- Team‑oriented mindset, encouraging productivity and ideas.
