HR Advisor – Organizational Development

About the role

EgyBell is seeking an experienced HR Advisor specialized in Organizational Development (OD) to provide strategic HR guidance to internal clients. The role will support performance management, change initiatives, HR analytics and the development of HR policies aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers on performance appraisal processes, goal‑setting and employee feedback.
• Develop performance improvement plans and career development pathways.
• Provide guidance during organizational changes, mergers and restructuring to minimise disruption.
• Analyse HR metrics, generate insights and support data‑driven workforce decisions.
• Assist in creating and maintaining HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
• Manage HR cases including disciplinary matters, health & safety issues and performance appraisals.
• Support workforce planning and operational HR matters through data interpretation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience as an HR Consultant or similar role.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in English; additional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, MBA, HR Diploma) are a plus.
