HR Business Partner – Cairo, Egypt

About the role

The HR Business Partner will lead the implementation of key HR programs across Siemens Energy’s power plant sites in Egypt. Working closely with corporate functions and local business leaders, you will ensure HR initiatives support the company’s strategic objectives while fostering a compliant and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of people development, compensation & benefits, organizational development and change management programs.
• Manage all HR matters on‑site at Beni Suef and New Capital Power Plants (2‑3 days per week).
• Advise business area leaders on HR policies, processes and compliance issues.
• Coordinate staffing needs in partnership with HR Operations.
• Translate global people strategy into actionable local HR actions.
• Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline at regional and global levels.
• Oversee visa processes for expatriate employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience in a multinational, matrix organization.
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian labour law and employee‑employer relations.
• Strong understanding of compensation & benefits, performance management and HR practices for blue‑collar, technical workers.
• Proven ability to partner with managers, employees and external providers.
• Fluent English communication skills.
