HR Business Partner – Egypt

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support the Egypt subsidiary by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role ensures effective talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting and labor cost budgeting.
• Design and optimise organisational structures, job setups and workforce allocation.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, probation follow‑up and off‑boarding processes.
• Drive performance management, goal setting, KPI tracking and talent development programmes.
• Handle employee complaints, disciplinary cases and labour dispute resolution, maintaining complete documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, statutory social insurance, provident fund contributions and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labour law, tax, social insurance and other regulatory requirements, liaising with authorities and external advisors as needed.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour law and employment practices.
