HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR liaison for designated Lines of Business, ensuring that HR services are delivered efficiently and in line with corporate policies. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to support the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned business units, acting as an internal HR consultant.
• Coordinate performance‑management cycles, promotions, and internal mobility processes.
• Provide expert advice to department heads on complex HR matters, including organization design, hiring, development, and retention.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse turnover data, and propose actionable improvement plans.
• Interpret and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with CBE, AML, and internal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the banking sector.
• Experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Development.
• HR certification or diploma preferred; a master’s degree is a plus.
