HR Business Partner

About the role

Siemens Energy is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support its operations in Cairo, Beni Suef and the New Capital Power Plants. You will act as a strategic HR advisor, driving people programs and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR programs such as people development, compensation & benefits, organizational development and change management.
• Manage all HR topics on site at Beni Suef and New Capital Power Plants (2‑3 days a week).
• Advise business leaders on HR processes, compliance issues and workforce planning.
• Coordinate staffing together with HR Operations and drive the global people strategy at a functional level.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines regionally and globally.
• Oversee visa processes for expatriate employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience in a multinational, matrix environment.
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian labor law and employee‑employer relations.
• Strong understanding of compensation & benefits, performance management and HR practices for blue‑collar workers, preferably in technical sectors.
• Fluent English communication skills.
