HR Business Partner – People Experience & Talent

About the role

Amazon’s HR team seeks an HR Business Partner to support a fulfillment centre. You will partner closely with operations leaders, providing pragmatic, commercial, and employee‑focused advice to drive engagement, performance and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies with high‑calibre candidates and manage seasonal temporary recruitment.
• Develop and deliver employee engagement and communication plans, supporting line managers on employee relations and employment law.
• Organise the annual leadership review, coach managers on performance development, and support succession planning.
• Analyse HR metrics, identify root causes of issues, and implement best‑practice solutions.
• Partner with Learning & Development to ensure appropriate learning interventions for future leaders.

Required profile

• Strong communication, coaching and influencing abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on employee experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Analytical skills to interpret metrics and drive improvements.
