HR Business Partner – People, Experience & Technology

About the role

Amazon’s HR team is looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to drive people experience, employee engagement and change management at a fulfillment center in 10th of Ramadan. You will partner closely with operations managers and support functions, providing pragmatic, commercial and employee‑focused advice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on and implement Amazon HR policies, ensuring business adoption.
• Review labor metrics, attrition data and risk factors; create action plans to improve site performance.
• Partner with managers on performance management, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee grievances; conduct investigations with stakeholders.
• Analyze data to recommend process improvements and maintain HR system integrity.
• Identify policy gaps, draft new policies and roll out changes across the site.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced distribution, logistics or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong business English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work proactively, meet deadlines and deliver projects independently.
• Experience with employee relations, labor relations or employment law is a plus.
