HR Business Partner – Restaurant Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a leading restaurant chain in Egypt. The role will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and fostering a high‑performance, employee‑focused culture across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning across restaurant operations.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring consistent application of HR policies.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify hiring needs and support talent acquisition for operational roles.
• Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to reduce turnover.
• Monitor HR metrics and trends to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices across all locations.
• Identify training and development needs and support capability‑building initiatives.
• Facilitate change‑management projects and organizational transformation when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, food‑service, or multi‑site operations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and employee‑relations practices.
• Proven stakeholder‑management, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
