About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join Talent 360’s Cairo office. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and providing day‑to‑day operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and monitor employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company HR policies.
- Support recruitment activities and onboarding of new hires.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
- Assist in the design and execution of people‑first HR initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, covering recruitment, payroll and personnel administration.
- Strong knowledge of local labor legislation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR‑related software and tools.
