HR Generalist – Payroll & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented HR Generalist to join our fast‑growing team in the entertainment media distribution sector. You will play a key part in managing payroll, personnel administration, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage monthly payroll accurately using the company’s payroll system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage employee records, contracts, renewals, and lifecycle documentation.
• Oversee social insurance processes and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrollments, renewals, additions, and deletions, serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries.
• Respond to employee questions on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and personnel matters.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and personnel processes and relevant labor regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to provide effective employee support and maintain confidentiality.
