HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & Learning Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development functions. You will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment processes, employer branding, and training coordination while working closely with the HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing, CV screening, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion for recruitment tracking, data updates, and HR administration tasks.
• Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, social media content, internal campaigns, and recruitment events.
• Prepare recruitment reports, presentations, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Help coordinate training programs, including logistics, attendance tracking, training records management, and post‑training evaluations.
• Monitor employee learning activities and maintain learning‑related data and reports.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and learning & development.
