About the role
Connectalents is seeking an HR Recruiter to support a chain of ladies‑only fitness centers in Egypt. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is attracted, assessed, and onboarded for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven track record hiring both blue‑collar and white‑collar employees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
