About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Smart Village, 6th of October. You will focus on high‑volume hiring, supporting our growth by attracting qualified talent across various functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for mass hiring campaigns.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in mass hiring.
- Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Passion for people and a desire to develop a career in HR.
