HR Recruiter Specialist

About the role

Wonder Travel is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Specialist to join its team at the Tahrir Square office. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to onboarding qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage incoming applications.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• At least one year of relevant recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
