HR Recruitment Section Head

About the role

The HR Recruitment Section Head will lead the recruitment function for CODES Egypt, based in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for shaping hiring strategies, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering strong employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage and develop the recruitment team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local labour and employment legislation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast staffing needs and align talent acquisition with business plans.
• Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of labour and employment law, preferably within the Egyptian market.
• Excellent communication, organizational and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in the local labour market is a strong advantage.
