About the role
We are looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring we attract and secure top talent that aligns with our company’s standards of excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate recruitment strategies with internal stakeholders to meet staffing needs.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in hiring, recruiting, and interviewing.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively on‑site and manage recruitment logistics.
Required skills
- Familiarity with HR and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (preferred).
