About the role
The HR Section Head will lead all human‑resources activities within a manufacturing plant, ensuring HR policies are applied consistently and support production goals. This senior role partners with plant managers to align workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring policies and procedures are correctly implemented.
- Manage recruitment for factory roles, coordinating with department heads to meet staffing needs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and promote a positive work environment.
- Implement and support performance appraisal systems and development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate technical and soft‑skill programs for plant staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and support internal/external audits.
- Coordinate with payroll on salary processing, overtime, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with the HSE team to uphold safety regulations and promote employee well‑being.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- HR certification is a plus.
- 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
