HSE Manager – Industrial & Construction Projects

About the role

Alex Fort Worth is looking for a hands‑on HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental activities across offices, workshops, fabrication areas and project sites throughout Egypt. The role ensures full compliance with company standards, client requirements, Egyptian regulations and international safety practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, plans and work instructions.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety walks, audits and compliance checks.
• Prepare, review and approve risk assessments, method statements, JSAs and safe work procedures.
• Manage the Permit‑to‑Work system and approve permits for high‑risk activities.
• Investigate incidents, lead root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE performance, track actions and ensure timely closure.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in industrial, construction, EPC, mechanical, steel, cement, mining, fabrication or plant projects.
• Proven ability to manage high‑risk site environments and enforce safety culture.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian HSE regulations and international standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence employees, subcontractors and visitors.
