HSE Professional – Health, Safety & Environment Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking an experienced HSE Professional to ensure a safe and healthy industrial environment for employees, products, and the surrounding community. You will develop and manage HSE policies aligned with the company’s vision while driving effective team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HSE policies and programs, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Oversee safety work permits before operations and monitor environmental parameters such as noise, light, and energy.
• Establish internal audit and self‑inspection programs, follow up on findings, and execute corrective actions.
• Maintain and update emergency response plans, conduct drills, and lead incident investigations to determine root causes and preventive measures.
• Train employees on HSE practices, manage PPE and first‑aid readiness, and ensure contractors meet all HSE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Pharmacy.
• 4–6 years of experience in HSE management.
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and safety systems.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation.
• Preferably based in the 10th of Ramadan area.
