HSEQ Officer – Health, Safety, Environment & Quality

About the role

The HSEQ Officer will support Enova in implementing its Integrated Management System (IMS) across all projects. The role focuses on health, safety, environment, energy and quality compliance, ensuring that non‑conformities are identified, reported and resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health, safety, environment, energy and quality inspections on assigned projects.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 27001, 41001, 45001, 50001).
• Assist the line manager with risk assessments, Permit‑to‑Work compliance and incident investigations.
• Raise stop‑work cards and non‑conformities when standards are breached.
• Provide first‑day site inductions and refresher training for all on‑site personnel.
• Maintain third‑party training records (e.g., First Aid, fire fighting, MEWP licences).
• Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience in applying IMS policies and procedures within project environments.
• Familiarity with ISO standards listed above and ability to ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation and corrective‑action processes.
• Ability to communicate standards and create awareness across the workforce.
