About the role
The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator will join Excel Daily Hack’s HR team in Giza, providing day‑to‑day administrative support for all HR functions. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth employee experiences from onboarding through performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and related systems.
- Prepare HR documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, schedule interviews and coordinate training sessions.
- Support performance management, employee engagement activities and routine HR inquiries.
- Provide administrative assistance for payroll, benefits administration and attendance tracking.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Solid foundation in Human Resources and experience supporting daily HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR policies and basic employment practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating training and onboarding programs.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with HR information systems.
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, spreadsheets, etc.).
