About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team supporting HR operations across the Nordic region. The role will focus on maintaining HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing expertise on HR tools and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain HR tools and information systems.
- Process employee changes, terminations and respond to HR‑related requests.
- Maintain organisational structures, permissions and data accuracy within HR platforms.
- Keep HR processes, documentation and compliance records up to date.
- Support HR reporting, audits and data‑analysis activities.
- Deliver training and guidance on HR systems and tools to internal users.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at process improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the Nordic region.
Required profile
- Previous experience in HR administration, HR systems or HR operations.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (advanced).
- HR information system administration.
- Data analysis and reporting.
