About the role

Egybell is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a leading company based in New Maadi. The role involves handling day‑to‑day HR administration, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage HR documentation, filing, and archiving both digitally and in hard copy.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding of new hires, and the exit process for departing staff.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labour laws and internal policies.
  • Support staff benefits administration, including medical insurance changes and related queries.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in a similar HR coordination role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Client‑focused mindset with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
