About the role
Egybell is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a leading company based in New Maadi. The role involves handling day‑to‑day HR administration, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage HR documentation, filing, and archiving both digitally and in hard copy.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding of new hires, and the exit process for departing staff.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labour laws and internal policies.
- Support staff benefits administration, including medical insurance changes and related queries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in a similar HR coordination role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Client‑focused mindset with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
