About the role
Egybell is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a leading company in New Maadi. You will play a key part in maintaining employee records, assisting recruitment, and ensuring HR processes align with legal and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Handle HR documentation, filing, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding of new hires, and manage the exit process for departing staff.
- Verify that HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support staff benefits administration, including medical insurance changes and queries.
- Maintain a comprehensive personnel filing system both digitally and in hard copy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in a similar HR coordination role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and client‑focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
