About the role

Egybell is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a leading company in New Maadi. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and databases.
  • Handle HR‑related documentation and filing.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding of new hires, and exit procedures for departing staff.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support staff benefits administration, including medical insurance updates and queries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive personnel filing system both digitally and in hard copies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in a similar HR coordination role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Client‑focused mindset with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
