Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for caregiving positions at Care with Love. Working closely with internal teams, you will source, assess and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Post engaging job ads on Indeed, job boards, social media and employee referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens and evaluate cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks, background checks and prepare offer documentation.
• Oversee new‑hire onboarding, including employment paperwork, orientation, HRIS setup and training schedules.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring records and confidential HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations, employee engagement initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably in healthcare.
• Willingness to work night shifts (3 pm – 12 am Cairo time).
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Advanced use of Google Suite.
• Familiarity with ADP payroll software.
