Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director will shape and execute the organization’s human capital strategy, aligning people initiatives with the overall business plan and strategic direction. Reporting to the CEO, this senior leader will act as a trusted advisor on all people‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization’s vision, mission, and long‑term objectives.
• Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on talent, culture, and employee‑related issues.
• Design and oversee talent acquisition programs to attract top talent across all functions, including executive and operational roles.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and boost employee engagement.
• Establish a learning and development framework that builds capabilities across the workforce.
• Create and maintain a robust performance management system.
• Design competitive compensation and benefits plans.
• Develop positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a high‑performing function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 10 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience managing HR across multi‑site operations, preferably in hospitality, tourism, entertainment, leisure, or large service organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational growth and transformation initiatives.
