HVAC Technician

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join its engineering team at the Red Sea location. The role involves ensuring the comfort, safety, and efficiency of all HVAC, air‑quality, and refrigeration systems across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and pipe assemblies, including fittings and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Provide courteous guest service and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lb and working in confined or elevated spaces.
• Valid driver’s license.
