Hypercare & Stabilization Manager

About the role

The Hypercare & Stabilization Manager will lead the post‑go‑live phase of SAP implementations, ensuring a smooth transition from launch to steady‑state operation. You will act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, process optimisation and business value delivery during the hypercare period.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hypercare and stabilization phase of SAP projects, overseeing issue resolution and transition activities.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert in Program Management Office (PMO) and SAP Project Management, providing guidance on complex challenges.
• Assess current state, capture high‑level requirements and define SAP‑enabled business solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Develop business cases, documentation and solution designs that articulate benefits and feasibility.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align on strategy and ensure successful implementation.
• Continuously evaluate and refine business processes for efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.
• Monitor hypercare progress, report status and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP project management, hypercare or stabilization roles.
• Advanced proficiency in PMO practices and strong understanding of SAP Project Management.
• Proven track record of managing post‑go‑live support, issue resolution and process optimisation.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, independent work style and innovative mindset.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience facilitating workshops and producing detailed process and solution documentation.
