Identity & Access Management Tech Lead (Cyber Security)

About the role

Deloitte Innovation Hub is looking for a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) Tech Lead to design, implement and operate IAM solutions for our clients. You will work within a cross‑functional team to deliver secure, scalable identity services across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM architectures, including on‑premise components and cloud‑based services.
• Configure, script and develop plug‑ins or extensions to tailor IAM solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams (network, endpoints) to ensure prerequisites and dependencies are met.
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise directories, cloud applications, HR systems and third‑party identity providers.
• Execute unit, integration, functional and non‑functional testing, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Support ongoing operation and maintenance of IAM technologies for client environments.

Required profile

• Strong background in IAM architecture and engineering.
• Proven experience designing and deploying identity and access solutions.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and manage complex integrations.
• Senior‑level expertise with a focus on security and compliance.

Required skills
