Implementation Consultant

About the role

Visa is seeking an Implementation Consultant to act as the project manager for implementation services delivered to banks, fintechs, and payment service providers. In this individual‑contributor role you will guide clients through Visa product integration, ensure project success, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project management support for Visa client implementations.
• Collaborate directly with clients to analyse card‑program requirements and design Visa‑based solutions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Report project milestones and deliverables to management on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while adapting to product changes.
• Handle complex processing requests and short‑term tactical initiatives.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with Visa clients, processors, and internal stakeholders.
