Import Logistics Specialist (Freight Forwarding)

About the role

We are looking for an Import Logistics Specialist to manage end‑to‑end freight forwarding operations. You will coordinate warehousing, inventory, and transportation to ensure timely delivery for our customers across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
• Track shipments and ensure on‑time delivery to customers.
• Negotiate with carriers and logistics service providers to achieve optimal cost and service levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and support efficient stock management.
• Optimize logistics procedures to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Leverage knowledge of logistics operations in China, the Middle East, and Africa when applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow up on shipments and work in a fast‑paced environment.
