Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process, ensure compliance with our digital workflow and support the organization’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition validation to goods receipt verification and invoice matching.
• Ensure all purchasing requests are submitted and processed exclusively through the official digital workflow with required approvals.
• Maintain accurate documentation for purchases, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery timelines and compliance.
• Prepare bid comparison matrices (technical and commercial) to support transparent decision‑making.
• Issue RFQs and RFPs, negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Draft, execute and monitor SLAs and contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and conduct periodic vendor reviews.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate to maintain optimal stock.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain roles.
• Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical mindset and negotiation abilities.
