In-House Trainer - Real Estate Classifieds

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the Dubizzle Group, is the leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region. As an In-House Trainer you will drive the professional growth of its commercial teams and partners, blending sales expertise with deep industry knowledge so teams understand sales cycles, lead conversion and the technical aspects of its listing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Train on real estate classifieds sales cycles, including cold calling, lead nurturing, classifieds pitching and closing techniques
• Run soft skills sessions on consultative selling, high-stakes negotiation and relationship building with property developers and brokers, using role-play scenarios
• Assess training ROI by tracking sales account performance after training
• Run hands-on workshops on the dubizzle Properties platform, listing optimisation, premium features and CRM integration
• Teach teams how to read Property Market Data and partner with Business Intelligence to turn market reports into "Sales Stories"
• Work with the Product team to train staff on new features and digital tools
• Design a comprehensive real estate classifieds curriculum, build TNA and knowledge assessments and playbooks, create eLearning with authoring tools and manage the LMS

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education or a related field, or equivalent certification
• Proven experience as a Trainer or Sales Lead in the real estate/property sector
• 1-3 years of sales and soft skills training and/or technical training facilitation, preferably in a corporate setting
• 1-3 years of digital media experience
