About the role

We are seeking an Inbound Contact Center Agent to handle calls from Banque Misr customers. The role focuses on delivering efficient, high‑quality service while adhering to established service standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and resolve requests in line with service level agreements.
  • Manage and retain dissatisfied customers through effective problem‑solving and service recovery.
  • Record, analyze, and escalate customer issues to improve overall service quality.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Residency in Cairo.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
