Inbound Tour Operator

About the role

Saladino Tours is seeking an experienced Inbound Tour Operator to join its team in El Mokattam, Cairo. The role focuses on managing inbound travel bookings, coordinating with local suppliers, and ensuring smooth operations for tourists arriving through online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound tour bookings received via online travel agencies.
• Process reservations accurately and maintain up‑to‑date booking records.
• Coordinate with hotels, guides, transport providers, and other local partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the marketing team with product updates and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inbound Tour Operator.
• Hands‑on experience working with OTAs such as GetYourGuide and Viator.
• Strong knowledge of inbound travel operations and supplier coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
